View and Track Compliance
As a Supplier, you will be able to view the status of your compliance, including Business Tax Payment, Insurance Expiration, and Vendor Approval. 
View and Bid on Opportunities
Whether you are a new Bidder or an Approved Supplier, you will have the ability to view and bid on business opportunities with the City.  You can also set up your account to receive email notifications as new bid opportunities become available.  Additionally, you will be able to download documents for review, ask questions via a forum, upload supporting documents, and receive confirmation that your bid has been submitted and is being evaluated.
Negotiate and Sign a Contract with Any Department
Suppliers will now enjoy the benefits of collaborating and negotiating with several City departments at the same time.  Our new system will track your concurrent business opportunities as they progress through award and certification. Once a contract has been awarded to a bidder, notices of intent to award will be emailed to the appropriate parties.  Contracts can be signed online via our partner application, Docusign.
Submit Invoices
No more mailing invoices and waiting for the proverbial check in the mail.  You will have the ability to upload invoices directly to our system.  You can add notes and supplemental attachments for review—all online!  Invoices can be tracked through their approvals and payment.  Best of all, your payment can be transmitted directly to your bank account.
Sign up to receive payments electronically
Suppliers can register to receive payments directly to their bank account.  No more waiting for checks, and no more depositing checks! In cases of regularly occurring payments, such as lease rental payments, payments can also be set to be created automatically by the system. The system will notify you when a payment has been deposited to your bank account.
